Amstar Global at Denver, an investment company which co-operates with Griffin Partners at Moscow, assigned our company to execute a technical building investigation in Russia. The study and research concerned the logistic plant Volga Industrial Park (VIP) in Nizny Novgorod to search for improvements in the design and also the realization in a financial perspective. The final report resulted in technical and financial feasible recommendations in the field of construction, design, installations, security and substainability. Our conclusions will be used in the executed buildings as well as in future extensions.
